Venture “Technology in a changing world”
This magazine for Business Venture featured one of REAP's earliest customers: SAAB Underwater Systems from Sweden (now also incorporating Seaeye in Fareham UK). The article interviews their president and describes Saab's range of ROVs and AUVs. REAPsystems has been a supplier to Saab Underwater since 2005.
9th Winchester Alternative Transport Day
REAPsystems once again took part in Winchester city’s annual Alternative Transport Day, this time with Dennis Doerffel’s 1998 VW Golf electric car. Together with other environmentally friendly vehicles, it gained popularity with local government and the public.
Environmental Rock “Rock on event at city green pub”
A fantastic event about environmental awareness named Environmental Rock takes place at the Hobbit Pub in Southampton every year. This event brings together stalls and workshops, music, children activities and drinks, all in the green-living theme. The highlight of this years event was the appearance of Southampton Mayor Councillor in an environmental friendly electric car provided by REAPsystems.
